IF IT DOESN'T FIT, WE'LL TAKE IT BACK AND REFUND YOUR PURCHASE PRICE + SHIPPING. NO QUESTIONS ASKED.

We know that every dog is different, and what might fit one dog perfectly won't necessarily fit the other.  So we've made a comprehensive return / exchange policy.

We will accept any return and exchange as long as you return the item(s) within 30 days of receiving your product(s).  The product must be in an unused condition and without any blemishes. Before shipping product to us, you must contact us at  [email protected] for shipping instructions.

Once we receive your returned product, we will refund your entire purchase price + your shipping cost. In other words, it will be like you never bought anything from us!

In the case you want an exchange, we will ship your new size once we receive the price difference and the product you wish to exchange.

PLEASE NOTE: * We do not cover shipping on international purchases. (outside USA)
                        ** We do not replace products that have been damaged/chewed/destroyed.
